Well let's give this a whirl....

Hi everyone! So I have never blogged before, if that's not completley obvious yet...But I figured I could give it a shot. My Sailor is currently deployed and I figured this would be a way for me to pass some time! So I guess I should tell you a little about myself.

I'm 21 years old, my Sailor is 22. We are high school sweethearts who met in 2004 when we were 15. We have a 3 1/2 year old daughter together, Gia Rose. She is our world!  Were expecting another baby, Jan. 6th. We have a 7 month old Pug named Luci...((she drives me insane I'm sure you'll hear more about her)), and a hamster named Fuschia. So that's my family. Gia and I moved in March to be with Daddy at his duty station. We are now 8 hours away from all our family...but Home is where the Navy sends us. I miss my family, but I haven't been homesick, because this really is my home. Where my child and my Sailor are is where my home is.

With that said, I am bored out of my mind. We haven't made any friends beside one since we've been here. Because we knew in advance of this deployment I didn't make an effort to make friends, I was more concerned with having as much family time as possible before the Navy pulled us apart again.

So I have about 3 months before Greg comes home, and I really need friends, for MY sanity and Gia's as well, I know she's bored. 

So anyway that gives you a quick background; no need to get too much into it, I'm sure you'll learn enough about me in posts to come!

I plan on posting about dealing with this deployment, my daughter, my pregnancy, my Sailor and I, our Military journey and everything in between. So I would be honored if you would like to follow along; maybe you can relate to me and we can help each other thru.
